The premises

The premises of the Embassy of Italy is situated in the Yannawa District, south of Bangkok. Slightly decentralized from the economic center of the city, located among Sathorn, Silom and Sukhumvit Road, the villa hosting the Embassy is one of a few buildings which still resists against the constant and unending renovation of residential and commercial constructions of Bangkok.

The Embassy is divided into 2 buildings, serving offices with different competences: the main building is used as working place for officers of political-administrative sector, while the other for the staff of consular and cultural promotion sector.

The Buphajit Building, where the economic section of the Embassy has recently been transferred to offer the "One-Stop Service" (Sportello Unico) together with the local Italian Trade Commission, is situated in Sathorn Road.
