Framework of reference
International cooperation in Bangladesh is based on the roadmap in the Paris Declaration on Aid Effectiveness. A Local Consultative Group (LCG) has been working for several years, chaired by the Secretary of the Economic Relations Division (ERD) at the Ministry of Finance, generally meeting every month. There also 22 thematic or sectoral working groups made up of representatives of the relevant ministries or entities, donors and beneficiary organisations.
