The Scientific and Technical Office
The scope of the Scientific and Technical (S&T) Office is to promote scientific and technical cooperation between Italy and China. Its main activities are to:
- Collect, organize and distribute information on S&T in China and Italy, as well as on the current or possible bilateral and multilateral forms of S&T collaboration;
- Identify possible areas of common interest and promote new fields for cooperation;
- Assist Italian researchers in their contacts and visits to China;
- Coordinate and promote agreements between Universities and Italian and Chinese research institutes and, in particular, put into action the S&T protocol and update it;
